Living in a colonial house, in the Caribbean, always has the appeal of meeting the high ceilings, big windows, and the ample spaces between corridors and rooms. These are details that make these buildings so welcoming and attractive in Cuba, and above all, that facilitate the conversation and exchange without affecting the privacy of the guest.
Our property, built in the Art Nouveau style, was built in 1913 by one of the most important figures of this movement on the island and in Latin America: the Catalan architect Mario Rotllant.
At present, there are only 25 buildings classified in Art-Noveau, which give the city the poetic halo of the early twentieth century.
